Does PIPVAULT connect directly to my broker? +

Currently you import trades via CSV (MT4/MT5 export). Direct broker API integration (OANDA, cTrader) is on the roadmap for Pro users in Q2.

Which prop firms are supported? +

FTMO, LucidTrading, GoatFunded, The5%ers, MyFundedFX, and Instant Funding come pre-loaded. You can also add a custom firm with your own rules.

How does the AI coaching work? +

The AI coach (powered by Claude from Anthropic) reads your trade journal data and produces a weekly analysis — win patterns, losing patterns, emotional triggers, and one concrete goal for next week. No trading advice, just pattern recognition.

Is my trading data private? +

Yes. Your trades are only visible to you. The leaderboard shows anonymous usernames only — never your real name, account size, or trade details.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Absolutely. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No retention games.
